I've noticed that logins and company support have changed since I last purchased a Jaybird product (Jaybird Run).
I now am having issues with my Tarah Pro product (plastic around the audio controls are coming off - product was purchased Dec 29, 2019 and still under warranty).
Do I need to call the customer support number or is there to submit a warranty claim online? The website has suspiciously little info on this topic.
