Hello,
My Tarah buds stopped working. No matter how long I charge them (I have tried both wall outlets and charging via a computer), they always say 60%, connect, and then power down. This is very frustrating as they are only a couple months old and I have not used them that many times. I have tried to reset them, but this hasn't worked either. Is there something else I can do to get them to work? Or is there a replacement policy?
