Jaybird X4 battery issues
I've had my Jaybirds for 1.5 years now, has been working perfectly fine all these while until one day the battery decided to have problems.
Will have charged my X4's till full charge and the moment I connect them to my phone, it tells me that I have low battery (2%) 5mins after connection. After using it for awhile, the battery starts to increase to 25% and then drops back to 6% again. My X4's will constantly disconnect and I will have to switch it on again to reconnect. There will also be bouts of static and the music will be very choppy every now and then.
All these while, I have made sure to charge my X4's before it goes below 20%, and makes sure to charge below 2 hours until the green light appears. I have never charged it overnight before.
I have had previous jaybird products which lasted me for over 3 years. Why is the X4's battery so bad?
