Earbuds not reporting correct charge
Hey,
I've started having issues with my Jaybird Tarah recently (i've had them for about 10 months).
1- when i turn them on (after charging for awhile or randomly during the day) and connect them, they tell me, "Battery XX percent".
but that number doesn't match what the Jaybird app or the iphone icon.
(I just did it now, it told me they are at 60% but the app tells me 100%. in this case it's in my favor but sometimes it hasn't been. Tried it 10 minutes later and gave me the correct number)
2- Charging seems to be a bit of an issue. I'll put it in the cradle but the white light won't come on. I usually have to take it in and out a few times, wiggle it. i can get it to work with a little bit of effort but i'm not sure if #2 is related to #1
Any insight is appreciated (otherwise the earbuds sound great)
Cheers,

Hi Alexandre,
Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.
I listed some of the things I'd like you to try:
Kindly try using a different power source/charger and/or a different USB cable. A pulsing green LED on each side means it is charging, solid green light when fully charged. It is recommended to use 5V/500mA-1A charger for 2 hours only.
It would also help to ensure that the lid of the charging case is securely closed and the charger ports and prongs align accordingly and are free from debris. As for the battery level, the buds will only announce battery levels in increments of 20. It will also announce low battery (below 20%) and battery full (100%).
