Tarah Pro won't turn on

  • Official comment

    Hello Oskar/Kyra,

Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

Please follow these recommendations if you haven't already done so:

    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,
    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

I've got the same problem.  70% charge, now they won't turn on, but the LED is white in the cradle. When I take it out of the cradle, the LED stays on but it won't turn on after doing a hard reset.

I have a very similar problem. This is my second pair of Jaybird Tarah Pro’s and the previous pair ran into the same issue, luckily they had a one year  warranty. I Just use an apple charging block for the iPhones, its a standard 5v charger. They both went from working normally to all of a sudden no response. I’ve tried using different outlets, chargers, charging blocks, I’ve gone through all the reset instructions but nothing seems to get a response. The other day I tried them again after letting them sit a few days and they all of sudden started back up but as soon as I turned them off they went back to being unresponsive. Any solutions??
