    Have you tried turning the buds off by pressing the Power Button for a few seconds? A good indicator will be a short blink or pulse of the light.

    Hi Bruce, Thanks for your reply.
    Yes I have tried what you have suggested.
    I read the manual and consulted the in app support guides, as well as looking on the forums, before contacting you.
    I set the auto turn off in the app to 15 minutes and connected my earbuds using the magnetic backs.
    Do you have any other suggestions.

    I’m sorry did you not read or understand my last comment, I am fully aware of how to turn on the earbuds and also how to turn them off again. 
    THE ISSUE I HAVE IS THEY WILL NOT TURN OFF - no matter what I do. Now can you assist or are you just going to annoy me with stupid comments.
