I got my X3 for about a year aga when I was in Japan .I went back to Malaysia and used it for about 2 to 3 months and I noticed the left side of the earbuds is not the same volume as the right, as it was about to shut down on itself. So I tried charging it, but after I test it out again, the left side of the earbud is conpletely silent,the right side still works fine. I heard from the customer service that you can't get a warrenty unless you are in the country where you bought it, which is unfair in my case because I still have my warrenty that I have yet to claim. So I took a break from this case. Few month later, which is now, I felt the need to repair this since it was such a waste for only be using for 2 to 3 months. So I was wondering if Jaybird gives repair services even without warrenty or at least "where I could get them repaired at least".
