    Hello Lauren,

Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

Please follow these recommendations if you haven't already done so:

    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,
    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

    Hi Bruce.
I have followed all of these recommendations as similar suggestions were made on the online forum.

When on the charging dock and plugged into a laptop, if I hold down the power button, I can get the LED to flash the fast white bursts which I believe is the pairing mode. I cannot get the LED to pulse the white light as it does when it's typically charging. I have sound from the headphones (very briefly before they shut off b/c the battery is dead), so it seems to be the charging device its self is not working. Would you agree?

    Lauren

I am having the same problem with the headphones not charging or charging only some of the time. I have followed the suggestions in the forum, but I have not been successful. I have had the headphones for about a year, and have had the problem for the entire time. I am writing now, because I haven't been totally unable to fully charge. Of course, my first thought is some problem with the charging cradle.
