Hello Lauren,
Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.
Please follow these recommendations if you haven't already done so:
- Try a different power source/charger
- Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
- Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
- Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,
- To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
- Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
- Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

Hi Bruce.I have followed all of these recommendations as similar suggestions were made on the online forum. When on the charging dock and plugged into a laptop, if I hold down the power button, I can get the LED to flash the fast white bursts which I believe is the pairing mode. I cannot get the LED to pulse the white light as it does when it's typically charging. I have sound from the headphones (very briefly before they shut off b/c the battery is dead), so it seems to be the charging device its self is not working. Would you agree?Lauren

I am having the same problem with the headphones not charging or charging only some of the time. I have followed the suggestions in the forum, but I have not been successful. I have had the headphones for about a year, and have had the problem for the entire time. I am writing now, because I haven't been totally unable to fully charge. Of course, my first thought is some problem with the charging cradle.
