Tarah Pro shuts off right after turning on. Battery is fully charged.
Greetings,
I've had these earbuds for about a year and today they shut off right after turning on. I've tried the soft and hard resets, and I've even done the factory reset. No dice. Was wondering how to go about getting a replacement set.
Thanks!

Hello Garrett,
Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.
Please follow these recommendations if you haven't already done so:
- Try a different power source/charger
- Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
- Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
- Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,
- To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
- Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
- Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

I charge the earbuds typically on a computer and let it get quite low before charging again. When they turn on they say battery is fully charged and then connected to bluetooth. Then it promptly shuts off. I'm not sure how I can do all these zoom meetings without them.
Thanks for the speedy reply.

My headphones are having the same issue right out of the box. Tried charging them with multiple different sources. Nothing seems to work. Also a bit frustraring that it seems they recommend using a very low AMP charging source and babysitting them so they don't over charge. So much technology and the charging is the Achilles heal? Seriously frustrated and I never even had the chance to try these. Tried contacting support and waiting to hear back. But very much second guesing my purchase.

Hi,
My Tarah pro worked fine until today. Now I start it, then it shutdown itself in 5-8 seconds (aprox).
As far as I see everybody is only asking and there is no answer.
A bit expensive headphone for 8 months.
- Also I have the Jaybird bluebuds (X1) where right side stopped working, only left works.
- Also I have Jaybird bluebuds X2 which still works fine
- And have this Tarah Pro that having more serious issue,
Also I'm from Europe so I would need a solution that works for Europe.
I have already did factory reset and it did not help of course.
Battery was fully charged.
