    When I get to the “how would you like to return” there aren’t any options and I cannot continue……. Have tried on two different browsers with the same result.

    Oh, so I'm not the only one that was taken in by the fact that this is a Logitech backed device and yet failed right out of the box? I'm so pissed. It was highly recommended on several techy sites and I'm so disappointed. There is no difference in earbud sizes (just the hooks) and it disconnects and connects several times within minutes. I even unpaired and repaired it with my phone (Android). 

    It did a firmware update as soon as I paired it, so it's not like the company isn't doing updates. Just to give it a fair shake, set my phone to keep the screen lit while listening to an audiobook (because the disconnect seemed to be when the phone would go to sleep, despite that not being a problem with my other wireless headset) and that seems to help with the connection issues until about 30min later when the left bud started to phase in and out. 

    Logitech - seriously? This was my birthday present, it's already been a really shitty year and for once, I'd just like something to go right. We'll be returning these and going with a different brand.
