    Please check your buds are clean and free of debris.

    You can further isolate the issue by testing using a different device or a device with a different OS and checking the voice prompts if it plays on both sides.

    Hi, I tried with the Macbook (diffrent OS) and no result - still the right piece is  not working. What shall I do - there are completely new? I saw on blog that the problem is quite common.

    I'm having the EXACT same issue! The right earphone began to fade the sound away and now it's barely audible. I tested it with other devices but nothing changed. I bought mine in december/2019, so it's still pretty new.
