My headphones cut out if my phone is in a pocket.

My headphones cut out if my phone is in my pocket, near a zipper but are fine if I leave my phone in a separate room. I’ve done the troubleshooting recommended for the Jaybird Vistas but it’s not any better. It doesn’t even work with my phone in the arm band, I’m having to run with my phone in hand held up near my ear. My headphones are 4 months old.

  Sounds like Jaybird has not been able to fix connection issues in newer products. See X3 community about it. I had X3's and I could not keep them in my back pocket without sound cutting all the time.

  I have this exact problem. Mine are about 6 months old, but it's been happening pretty consistently for like 4 months. I was waiting to see if it was because I had an older model Iphone, but I just upgraded, and it hasn't gotten any better.

   

  I've done all the resets, and it's still an issue.
