Jaybird x4 will not hold a charge
I have had my jaybird x4s for a little over a year, and I will say that during that year they have been great. I have used them roughly 3-5 times a week and have always been keen to take good care of them. However, recently after going to get them from the charger, I noticed that the LED light was on green to indicate a full charge, however, upon taking them off of the charger they would not turn on. Furthermore, I was able to turn them on and connect to them while the earbuds were on the charger, however, upon taking them off the charger they would turn off immediately. I used the jaybirds app to check the battery on the charger and it was at about 80%, but once removed from the charger the battery was at 3%. It appears that the battery is faulty and will not maintain a charge at all. I have only ever charged these earbuds with a computer, I never overcharged them, and was sure to only charge them when they were low. Is there anything that I would be able to do to get these repaired or replaced?

Hello Kendall,
Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.
Please follow these recommendations if you haven't already done so:
- Try a different power source/charger
- Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
- Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.
