The left earbud of my X3's does not work depending on the cable orientation. I've done the thing where you go into pairing mode and then double tap the middle button to reset the buds themselves and also deleted the Bluetooth profile from my phone. It hasn't helped. Is it a hardware issue or is there anyway that I can fix it?
It's been about 2.5 years since I've bought them so I doubt they'd be under warranty.
P.S I bought them in the US but currently live in India
