    Responding that my request for replacement is denied but I can have 25% a new product is the most tone deaf answer I've ever received from a company I've dealt with. 

    I didn't ask for replacement, I asked for help.

    If I were seeking replacement, why would I spend ANYTHING on a product where two have failed less than 12 months into ownership?

    Is there any actual help you can provide?

    I ended up complaining on Twitter. They responded, we went back and forth on fixes without any resolution and they ended up sending me a new pair.
