Tarah Pro not responding and has a red light
I am unable to use my Tarah Pro. It doesn't respond to any button presses/holding buttons. Unpairing doesn't work because I cannot use any of the buttons to get it into the pairing mode. Also a red light has been on continuously for ~4 days now.

What is the recommended course of action? I bought these earbuds from BestBuy in Oct.
