    Hello Christopher,

Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

Please follow these recommendations if you haven't already done so:

    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,
    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

I just tried plugging them in to my computer and I let them charge from my computer with the green LED showing for about 2 hours. After I took them off the charger I tried turning them on and they would not turn on. I then plugged them back on to the charger and tried turning them on. Once plugged in they turned on and said headphones connected and that they were fully charged. I then took them off the charger and they immediately turned off. I then tried a different USB charging port and got the same results where if they are plugged in they turn on and say they're fully charged, but once taken off they immediately stop working. It seems like the battery even though it says is fully charged doesn't carry a charge. What should I do?

Once again, thank you for your help and have a great day!!!
