    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    I listed some of the things I'd like you to try:

    Kindly try using a different power source/charger and/or a different USB cable. A pulsing green LED on each side means it is charging, solid green light when fully charged. It is recommended to use 5V/500mA-1A charger for 2 hours only.

    It would also help to ensure that the lid of the charging case is securely closed and the charger ports and prongs align accordingly and are free from debris.

    Hi, Bruce

     

    I have tried using my laptop's USB port as well. The first time I charged it went on for more than 2 hours because the light would not stop blinking.

    I have cleaned my earbuds and the case from debris and it still is not fully charged, today I have an additional issue where my left earbud is 20% on battery and right is 80%.

    Please help, it has not even been a month since I bought them.

    I started having a similar issue with the Left earbud not charging. Right one is charging, connecting and playing music as usual. 

    Yesterday, the left bud wouldn't even connect or turn on. Placing it in the case results in two pulses of a white LED and then nothing. Plugging in the case with the Jaybird-provided USB cable to a 5v/1A usb outlet results in continuous pulsing white LED even after 2 hours. After 4 hours of the case light still pulsing white, I decided to disconnect the cord to avoid damage. Performed hard reset and removed/reconnected to all devices with no change. Left things alone overnight.

    Today, the left bud finally connected to my phone and played music! However the Jaybird App shows a charge of 5%. Once again, placing the left bud in the case results in two pulses of the white LED and then nothing. Plugging in the case results in a solid white LED (aka fully charged??). I have cleaned all charging contact points with a q-tip yet no change in charging indication. 

    I also love these things and hope there is not a mechanical or technical issue after just one month of use...

    Edit:

    After the q-tip clean and leaving the buds in their case for an hour, the left bud is at 60% so something is working even though the charging light is not flashing... hope this helps or gives hope to anyone else experiencing this issue.
