Jaybird Tarah Pro Battery Failure
Hi Jaybird,
My tarah pros are unable to hold a charge after about 6 months of use. I have charged them only off my macbook and followed all the standard protocols for jaybird maitenence, yet this is still happening.
Basically, I could charge my headphones to 100%, not use them at all, and wake up the next day and the device would not turn on until I jump start them with another charge.
Would I be eligible to get these replaced? they are under their 1 year warranty.
