Jaybird Vista defective - pairing issue and buzzy noise
i believed this unit of Jaybird Vista is defective which i bought on 29th Nov 2019 for the following reasons:
- I started experiencing severe distortion and deterioration of sound quality over the past 1 month. The left bud is always lower in volume than the right one.
- The left earbud dropped to 20% from full power after only about 15 minutes of usage. Subsequent days show unbalanced charging. The left bud is always charged less than the right one.
- I thought I can fix the problem by doing a factory reset. Thus I unpaired the earbuds as instructed. But I'm not able to pair it to my phone again as the blinking lights of the charging case did not work. Holding the case button down does not make the led blink, and therefore I cannot even do a factory reset on the unit as that is a prerequisite for the double tap into pink LED. Repeated attempts yield the same result.
Pls do not reply with soft/hard/factory reset solutions when the reset cannot happened.
I read enough from the websites to know that this problem is a systemic issue and in my opinion, reflect very badly on the quality control of Jaybirds' products.
Do u have any solutions?
