X4 charging problem
My new X4s went totally dead and would not accept a charge from a MacBook PRO USB3 port (like it did prior). So I plugged them into a wall-cube, and they would not accept a charge. Then I re-tried the laptop port, and still would not charge. As a last resort, I tried a Garmin 5V wall cube, and the X4's charged, but the indicator light stayed red. Digital-woman says 100%, and I used them for half an hour successfully.
Question: should I be concerned that the indicator light does not turn green? Has the battery been compromised in these headphones that are only 1 week (and 2 charging cycles) old?
Thanks!

Hi Tim,
Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.
I listed some of the things I'd like you to try:
Kindly try using a different power source/charger and/or a different USB cable. A pulsing green LED on each side means it is charging, solid green light when fully charged. It is recommended to use 5V/500mA-1A charger for 2 hours only.
It would also help to ensure that the lid of the charging case is securely closed and the charger ports and prongs align accordingly and are free from debris.
