Jaybird X3's not discoverable

    Please try and restart your OnePlus 7 prior to reconnecting. It would also help to isolate the issue by testing the connectivity with a different device or a device with a different OS.

    Hi, sorry for long time between replies,

    I've restarted the phone - no luck there
    Tried pairing when jaybird's are charging - not working
    Tried connecting jaybird's to other devices - not discoverable
    I can connect to other Bluetooth headphones so that's not the issue

    When I do search some MAC addresses show up and I'm wondering if it's one of those, if there a way to find the MAC address of my headphones?
