I have been having similar issues. I have had these earbuds for 6 months now and so far so good. That was until yesterday my right earbud was not connecting properly. Then today it's not connecting at all. I factory reset, I updated, and I cleaned properly. It appeared that everything started to work again. I reconnected the both earbuds after the factory reset and had music coming out of both of them and the controls started working again. Accept it only last for a solid 20 to 30 seconds. Then I have to restart this process all over again. The left earbud continues to work even after the right will stop but it too will disconnect along with the right one when it happens. The right earbud is either 80% charged or cannot be found at all and is also unresponsive. I've tried every troubleshooting option multiple times and the same outcome continues to repeat. It seems like the problem is with the bluetooth connectivity. Then again I have no idea why it's not working all of a sudden. PLEASE HELP!
