    Hello Eric,

Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

Please follow these recommendations if you haven't already done so:

    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2.5 hours,
    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

Thank you for the information Bruce. I had my headphones charging on my macbook so there was not an issue there. I followed all of your best practices below but I would charge my headphones after running. I’m assuming that is the cause for my issue?  The headphones will not work at all. Thanks again for your help.

    Hi there,
I’m having the exact same issue with my X3. I’ve tried different chargers, different outlets, and my lap top. They simply won’t charge. I have made sure they’re clean of debris and have never over charged them. Could this be some sort of flaw in the device?
