My Tarah Pro's right earbud has got progressively quieter over the past two days and finally gave up this morning. That was a shame as my morning run was without any music :-(
I've tried the reset tips you propose online, but with no luck.
Have dropped you a line via the on-line support, but not received a confirmation email. Can you confirm you're dealing with this please?
My X4s lasted for ages, until I accidentally put them through the washing machine, and even then they hung on for a week, so am a little surprised that the (more expensive) Tarah Pros have only lasted just over a year :-(
