    I am having the same problem, I have emailed support and had no answer.
    I love the battery life and water resistance of these earbuds but I find jaybird customer support seriously lacking. Do you have a phone number for uk customers

    Bruce from customer services came back to me really quickly asking for some details. Have provided those, but not heard back yet, but suspect it’s probably a “ticket” fed into their system, so may take a while to process.

    Will keep you posted with what happens next!

    This happened to me and I received a new pair under warranty in February. Unfortunately this pair now also has no sound in right ear

    It's a nuisance to actually get hold of jaybird customer service but, credit where it's due, when I did finally get hold of them they replaced my earphones promptly even though they were 18 months old.

    I must admit that I think they’ve been fantastic. They determined that my fault was under warranty and sent a new pair of earbuds really quickly. Their comms was great and they kept me updated on progress. All in, I was only without running tunes for about a week.

    I don’t think I can fault them - either in term of performance of their headphones or their customer service.

    If you’re having issues, definitely drop them a line and give them a chance to help you!
