    Hey Priyank,

They do have a mode in which they will turn themselves off while not being used.  You can adjust that setting via the Jaybird App.  If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at the link below, and we would be stoked to help you out!

I have turned the mode off now but the problem persists. Today they unpaired themselves while playing music. This is not a phone bluetooth problem as my watch is always connected to my phone. Once this happen they won't pair to my phone until I turn them off and then on again. Even turning the bluetooth on my phone off and on doesn't work, when I try to select the buds to my phone it just keeps saying "Connecting". This is very troublesome. Please help or I'll have to get my buds changed.

I’m having the same problem. Buds and phone fully charged and connected, but media goes suddenly silent. How can this be fixed?

They stop playing media from the source once the media is paused. When I start it again just after second, there is no sound coming from the phone or the buds. They just stay connected. After some time I hear the disconnected sound and sometimes I have to do that manually. Happens in Windows and Android both. VERY ANNOYING. Help.
