Tarah Pro issues
My Tarah Pro earbuds turns of as soon as they are turned on.
I have followed the discriptions on your webpage with soft reset, hard reset and finally factory reset, without luck.It then says to contact you, but I can't send in the form because I can't find the serial number. I can't find the serial number on the cord as suggested, and I don't have the app either.
I would prefer not to have to call an American number from a Danish phone. Is there any other way to get help? Like a chat function or being contacted by e-mail?
