    Hi, I have the same problem. A couple of days ago the right earbud suddenly start fuss.

    It wont connect and no noice is coming out. Just small beefs when I push the button.

    I have also try to do all steps and do the factory reset.

    Hi, I have the same problem but with the left ear. Just today it wont connect and no noise is coming out.  No sound from buttons but it makes a high pitch noise when charging.  The phone recognizes that its not in the case like 5% of the time.

    I have also tried to do all the factory reset stuffs but its probably the firmware that destroyed them.

    I am having the exact same problem. I have had these earbuds for less than a year with no problems. Then out of no where my right earbud stopped working a week ago. Both earbuds connects fine and the button on the right earbud also works, but no sound comes out of the earbud. Occasionally I might hear about one or two seconds of sound, but then it just goes away. I have already tried the factory reset and there was no change. The app indicates that both earbuds are fully charged, when ever I charge them. 

    I really have enjoyed using these headphones and I would love to get this issues fixed.

    I have been having similar issues. I have had these earbuds for 6 months now and so far so good. That was until yesterday my right earbud was not connecting properly. Then today it's not connecting at all. I factory reset, I updated, and I cleaned properly. It appeared that everything started to work again. I reconnected the both earbuds after the factory reset and had music coming out of both of them and the controls started working again. Accept it only last for a solid 20 to 30 seconds. Then I have to restart this process all over again. The left earbud continues to work even after the right will stop but it too will disconnect along with the right one when it happens. The right earbud is either 80% charged or cannot be found at all and is also unresponsive. I've tried every troubleshooting option multiple times and the same outcome continues to repeat. It seems like the problem is with the bluetooth connectivity. Then again I have no idea why it's not working all of a sudden. PLEASE HELP!
