Metal separation from plastic while removing from the ear
Last week, while taking my X4s out of my ears, the metal tip separated from the plastic body. I used minimal force or pressure to remove them - it's as if the glue or adhesive just gave up.
Has anyone seen this issue, and is it repairable?
