    Hey guys! Sorry to hear about those buds! There are a few things we can try, the first being a hard reset. I will attach the instructions below.  The second would be connecting to the Jaybird app. You can play with the EQ and volume settings, which may help.     Many of us currently experiencing this exact same issue, hoping they fix it asap as its clearly on their end. Jaybird, will you please respond?

    Ive already contacted them via customer service, but they always just send me an email saying

     

    hey tucker,

     

     

    and then they just send me the photo I attached. Its really weird, not even a full response. I love these headphones but this customer service is awful

    Their support system might literally be the worst of any business. I haven't reviewed these yet, but most definitely will now including their customer service

    They said they would send me new buds, but could take up to four weeks, which makes me doubt I'll ever see them. Time for a new pair, I hear Bose and Sony make good ones..

    Told me they were faulty, needed to do a Warranty return... but i bought them direct from Amazon USA (couldn't buy in my country at that time) - they point me back to Jaybird again for Warranty returns... I am somewhat less than optimistic that this game will be resolved to my satisfaction, but i'll play anyway.

    In the warranty process now - waiting for final approval. I assume others have had theirs replaced as well - wonder if we will get 6-9 months out of them again or whatever the issue is has been resolved
