I am reposting this because I think it is important for everyone to see. When we reply too each other, it does not move our post to the top.
It seems as though several people, myself included, are having difficulty with the same problem, an earbud with a reduced volume.
Currently, I am awaiting a reply from support. I sent them a photo of my updated firmware as requested. It has been over a week and have yet to hear a reply. Today, I sent them a new message and hope to hear from them.
