    I’ve had emails back from Jaybird. Asking to do the troubleshooting method that is already on here. Which didn’t work. And now they want the serial number and proof of purchase. Hopefully they can solve the problem but I’m pretty sure the warranty is well over.

    I have no idea why it has done it haven’t overused them which is the frustrating part .... mine confirms they they are “powered off” but that light just continues to be there

    Yep exactly the same problem. Jaybird are emailing back normally within 24 hours to try and help. Hope you manage to get it sorted, I’ll update on here when/if they manage to solve the problem
