6 month old x4 and one side doesn't work then the other doesn't. So disappointed.
Have tried contacting Jaybird and they haven't got back to me as I only purchased my x4 earphones 6 months ago. As you all know they are quite pricey so really disappointed that they have already broken. The right ear bud keeps dropping out when I move my head and then the left one does it too. Have tried different Bluetooth equipment and nothing fixes it. Anyone else had this issue?
