I did a quick search and didn't find an answer in the Community Support. My ear buds (Tarah) will play media (all sources), but will not engage phone calls. I've done the factory reset, checked my connections (Jaybird shows up under audio choices & is "checked" when I make a call, but there is no audio. No problems in the past; although, I'm not sure I've used them for a phone call since I did a firmware update. Hoping for an easy fix...suggestions?
