    Hey Barbara! We actually haven't seen this issue as of yet. The factory reset would be the first thing I would try, but it looks like you already did that.  Secondly, I would try connecting them to a different device and seeing if it works.  That would tell you if it's a setting in your phone, or an issue with the buds.  If you want to reach out to our support team via the link below, we would be happy to help you out with those.
