How do I make a warranty claim in the UK?
I've had my buds since the start of the year and over the last month they have been turning off without prompt, and the sound quality in one ear has been degrading. I was at a loss as to why but yesterday a rip appeared where one of the wires meets the controls.
These are my second pair of Jaybirds and the first issue I've had. I prize them and keep them cased when not in use, and seeing as the problems started before the visible tear, this is a manufacturing fault.
