    Please just let me refund the headphones. 

    I have yet not received a mail or any instruction on how to send them back. 

    Would you please send a mail to info@vfinck.de with instructions on how to refund.? 

    I have still dead headphones laying in the original box on my desk.

    As of May 22 i am asking for a refund. It is now June 10th. 

    Still nothing. No return label, no apology for a dead product. So far, I received only Mails from Kumar? A support member, send me many mails that I should wait, they will get back to me etc. 

    So far, nothing. 

    I have received a dead product. DEAD. It does not turn on. 

    Since day 1 I am asking for a refund. 

    Yet nothing. 


    I was a passionate customer, happy to overlook a faulty delivery and replace it. 

    But this is enough. You have turned me into a sad customer. 

    I demand a refund and return label.
