    Hey Aaron! Sorry to hear that! That definitely shouldn't be happening. Updating the buds may help! If you aren't connected to the Jaybird app, download it through any app store, connect your buds, and the update should just pop up on the screen.  If that doesn't work, please reach out to our support team through the link below, and we would be happy to help you out.

    Same issue. Had assumed it was right side being the bud talking to the phone so less power to draw. Am connected through the app.

    Had same issue for a while. Take the silicone tip off, there's a tiny hole near the button the sound port side. Clean out this hole, I held mine under running water from the tap for a little while then poked the hole with a not sharp but small tool, fixed my issue immediately.

    Thanks Danaeris.  I've determined there is some moisture (regular perspiration) which is getting under the ear tip causing the sound to fade in the right earbud.  When I remove the ear tip and put a hair dryer on it for 2 minutes it returns to normal.  

     

    @Jaybird time for a replacement!!!!!
