Firstly I’d like to say that your customer service is shocking. I understand the global situation, however that is no excuse for lack of communication.
I’ve sent an email on your “get in touch” section with my order detail 3 days ago and have had no response. Your site is unable to provide a contact number to phone your customer services so I have had to consult google search to find this forum - searching “where are my Jaybird Vista ear buds”.
Your ear buds cost £160, I’d expect £160 worth of customer service! You’ve taken my payment yet in the “find my order” part of the email there has been no further progress for over a week?!
Seriously questioning my purchase from you guys as a retailer. If anyone else is interested in purchasing a pair of Vista’s I would recommend going through Amazon, Currys, Argos... anyone other then Jaybird direct. Rant over
