I ordered a pair of jaybird vista earphones directly from the jaybird website, they were taking so long to arrive that I ended up purchasing a pair from a different retailer with a view to returning the pair from the Jaybird website. However, trying to navigate the website to find a returns policy is a nightmare, it eventually leads to the Logitech website which is even more complicated to find something as simple as returns. After finally finding a page to start a return it asks you to enter the order number and zip/postcode, however after providing these details I get no further as the page then tells me that it doesn’t recognise either the order number or zip/postcode?!!!! Why on earth is this process so complicated, can someone please tell me how to return these earphones! The earphones are actually great, the customer service on the other hand has to be the worst I’ve experienced!
