I had a pair of X2s 2.5 years ago that broke so I went through the process of getting warranty and Jaybird sent me a pair of X3s. In the interim I purchased a pair of TaoTronic earbuds and used them for more than 18 months. Last week they would only play on one channel so I opened the box of X3s I had never used. I charged them and they appeared to be working fine until yesterday. The charge will say 100 percent and after a 1 hour walk it is down to 60 percent. Today I started at 60 and they lost charge after 45 minutes. I upgraded the firmware and now I don't hear any voice prompt for turning them on or off.
