I first purchased my X4 in the summer of 2018. After a few months, I noticed the left side detaching itself from the headphones. Back then, I contacted Jaybird's Customer Service and they sent me new X4 buds. Not even a yer has gone by and guess what? The exact same thing happened. I was very sad but I thought they'd once again send me new buds. But apparently they can't due to different international warranty policies. What am I supposed to do now? Has this ever happened to any of you?
