Left earbud not working properly
The volume on the left earbud is extremely low. The buttons works but that's it.

You can isolate the issue by connecting the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS. Also, please update the buds' firmware if you haven't already.You can follow the steps on how to update the firmware here:
