I have been using the x3s as my daily driver for the past year and they sound great. However it was only until a month ago in which it started to malfunction. I thought nothing of it and continued to use it as it still sounded fine. However, just a few weeks ago, it failed to charge and would just show a bleak red light when the power button was pressed. Even after all the recommended resetting by Jaybird, nothing worked and in fact made it worse. It now won’t even turn on. I am still awaiting Jaybirds reply after I wrote out to them a week ago. Is there any way to repair or get these earphones serviced? I’m severely disappointed in this product.
