    Hi Rafael,

Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

Please follow these recommendations if you haven't already done so:

    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,
    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

I had this exact thing happen to my X4 headphones. Ironically enough, they were sent as a replacement for my X3's because of the same problem back in July of 2019. I've tried all the troubleshooting as well. I sent in a support email this weekend but have yet to hear anything back.

Hello Bruce, I've tried all the bullet points provided and they won't turn on. I have two pairs of X4s and the other one is working just fine and is even older than the one that broke down on me. I am unhappy with the lifespan of these if they're in fact done.
