I am reposting this because it appears my first post is no longer being checked by support.
I was growing tired of purchasing cheap, wired headphones which would always lose volume on one side within 6 months of use. I decided to do some research on top quality wireless earphones. Jaybird Vista was rated as one of the best by a few product reviews.
I decided to spend the near-200 dollars on this product as I saw no warning signs of product breakdown
justt before the 6-month purchasing mark, the left earbud volume went extremely low. I followed all the steps listed here, reset the settings, updated to the latest software, etc. It has been over a month now and no one has reached out to me, I still have a product that is at 50% functioning performance.
