    Did you get any resolution here David? I have exactly the same problem with my Vista earbuds. Very disappointing.

    Ive also just had this issue with my buds, seems like its happening more and more recently

    This product is absolute junk.  It's obvious from this forum this issue has been around since the product launched and has yet to be resolved.  I'm in the same boat with the rest of you - 2nd set of earbuds that stop functioning properly and zero customer support. Unbelievable.
