    You can place the mic near your mouth when you speak and check the buds if they're clean and free of debris

    There are also several things to consider when this sort of problem arises:

    -Check if your buds are selected as default for call audio, a good indicator would be if he sound comes out of your buds and not your computer

    -Please check your computer's volume settings for the mic

    -Check Zoom's volume settings

    -If possible, isolate the issue using a different device, app or a device with a different OS
