Tarah pro sound issues and physical problem
I bought my tarah pro about 4 months ago. It has 3 problems now: 1) It sometimes stops all of a sudden in the middle of playing music or having a conversation and will not turn on or respond to anything with the battery full. I have to either plug it in for recharge (for a few seconds at least) or reset it (hold switch off button for 20 sec), but after doing those it only works for a minute before starting to make a loud noise like a motorcycle and will not turn off unless I reset it again or plug it in for recharge. This sometimes turns into a cycle and I have to leave it in charge for a while to break the cycle. This issue started about 1.5 months after buying my device. 2) The volume has reduced. It used to be very good and loud but it has been two weeks that the maximum volume is low. 3) About a week ago the plastic cover of the control part (where switch off/on button and volume control buttons are) just came out from one side and it won't go in again. It just sticks out in the middle. I cannot imagine how it would just come out!
I am really upset because I have paid a lot for this device. I cannot believe it has such issues and so soon. I have another pair that are the cheapest headphones from a not famous brand but the do not have any problem. This will be my last buy from logitech and any associated brands. But for now how can this problem be solved?
