I received a confirmation email that my buds were boxed and prepared for shipping. Then I got one notifying me that my buds have shipped with a link to track the order. On the web page the link to me to (a Jaybird site) it referenced FedEx and listed the tracking number with no update. I went to FedEx site for tracking and was told the tracking number was invalid. Strange enough the email I received regarding shipment also included the tracking number which I noticed upon a second read. The email also suggested that the shipping carrier was USPS, so I ventured to their tracking site. I was told there the tracking number was invalid. I'm not a customer service rocket scientist, but I'm thinking either the tracking number (which was likely auto generated) is wrong, or some other strange or even nefarious shit is going on.
