X4 turns off and won’t stay on

    Hi Stu 

    This is always happens to mine. 
    Full charged, the light becomes green but the simply won't turn on. I hold the middle button down for 5-10 seconds and nothing. 

    Not sure what to do, hard to fix or reset heads that don't even turn on. 

    Can anyone help?

    Andrew that’s what I’m thinking too! I’m concerned it might be a hardware issue and something has broken inside.

    Not sure what to do.
    All jaybird do is sent their default how to charge it properly. Sort of avoiding the problem. It’s very common this issue across jaybird products.

    If it is a hardware issue they should replace it.

    Yeah it is, just scrolling through support posts shows you that much. If it is a hardware issue I’m hoping that would be the case, only had them a few months. Happened with my X3s too

    They should find a solid solution and take responsibility like Samsung did with their Galaxy note! Money wasted , such disappointment

    Agree. They are just thinking of $$$ and to screw their customers.
    They haven’t made any announcements or been transparent with their customers. The ceo is problem making his employees scared to tell the truth.
