    I am having the same problem just after the last update. I tried to reset but i did not work.

    Did anyone hear back from them? I am having the same issue. I reset earbuds and have the most recent firmware update. Right ear bud still doesn't work. :(

    They sent me a email explaining all the basics and how to reset the setup. It did not work.
    I am really disappointed with the support

    Same thing happened to mine after about 3 months of use, right earbud as well. They have since sent me a replacement pair.
